To operate:

1. Pour the citric acid solution into Bottle A and the baking soda solution into Bottle B.

2. Screw the caps with attached tubing onto both bottles.

3. Open the needle valve and gently squeeze Bottle A to inject the citric acid into Bottle B. This triggers CO2 generation.

4. Close the needle valve to allow pressure to build.

5. Swirl Bottle B to mix – bubbling indicates CO2 production. Add more citric acid if necessary.

6. When the pressure gauge reads 1.5 bar in Bottle A, slowly open the needle valve to begin CO2 flow to your aquarium diffuser.
